An off-track door isn't something to force back into place by hand. Our technicians realign the track properly and verify plumb before running the door again.
Every off-track call includes checking roller condition and bracket tightness alongside the track itself.
Track sections are realigned to true plumb and level, verified with the same tools a new installation would use.
Track that's visibly bent or dented from impact gets replaced rather than hammered back into shape.
A hard impact can crack the wall bracket even when the track itself looks salvageable.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
We realign horizontal and vertical track sections together, since a shift in one usually affects the other.
Visibly bent or dented track sections get swapped for new standard sections rather than bent back into shape.
A roller jumping the track repeatedly usually means the rollers themselves need replacing along with the fix.
Collision damage often affects more than the visible dent. We check the full track and frame mounting system.
Loose or cracked wall brackets let the track shift under normal operation. We reinforce or replace mounting hardware as part of the repair.
Let us know if the door is jammed off-track or just running rough, and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Most off-track calls don't require a parts run thanks to a well-stocked van.
We check the track, rollers, and brackets together to find the root cause before quoting the fix.
Track realigned or replaced, verified plumb, and tested through a full cycle before we leave.
“Backed the truck into the door and bent the track pretty badly. Replaced the section and it runs like new.”
“Didn't just push it back on the rail, actually checked why it derailed and fixed the root issue.”
“Storm debris jammed the track and bent it. Same-day repair got the door working again before dinner.”
Off-track issues typically trace back to hardware wear or a physical impact rather than opener problems.
This is a job for a trained technician given the tension and alignment involved.
Minor bends can sometimes be straightened, but visibly dented or kinked sections are usually replaced for a more durable fix.
Cost depends on whether it's a simple realignment or a full track section replacement, confirmed as a flat price on-site.
It's best to leave the door as-is and call for repair rather than risk worsening the damage.
Most off-track repairs are completed same-day, typically within one to two hours on-site.
Licensed technicians, flat-rate pricing, and a truck stocked for this exact job.
